Hi, I’m Kristen – the heart behind Firefly Travels.

For more than 15 years, I’ve been immersed in the travel industry, starting my career as an advisor before launching Firefly Travels in January 2019. What began as a way to help families plan meaningful vacations has grown into a passion for creating journeys that allow people to slow down, reconnect, and build memories that last long after they return home.

Because I began as an advisor, I’ve walked in the same shoes as my team and understand firsthand what clients value most – thoughtful planning, personal touches, and a seamless experience from start to finish. That perspective has allowed me to build an incredible team of advisors who share my heart for service and my commitment to crafting travel that feels deeply personal.

Today, much of my focus is on mentoring our advisors, nurturing relationships with trusted travel partners, and refining the systems that make every Firefly experience feel effortless and elevated. I’m passionate about creating a culture where both our clients and our team feel truly cared for – because when we put people first, the travel experiences we create become unforgettable.
