Disney’s Riviera Two Bedroom Villa Review (Photos & Video)

If you’re traveling to Disney World with a larger family, you’ll want a place that’s big enough for everyone to spread out and relax. Unfortunately, the majority of rooms at Disney World are standard hotel rooms. That means there isn’t a lot of extra space.

However, some of the Disney Resorts do have options for larger families. In this article, we’re going to preview a 2 bedroom villa at Disney’s Riviera Resort.

To give you a little background Disney’s Riviera Resort is a dedicated Disney Vacation Club Resort. That means all of the rooms at the resort have upgraded features that you won’t find in a standard Disney hotel room.

Additionally, you don’t have to be a member of the DVC in order to book a stay here. Disney makes these rooms available to regular guests as well.

As for the Riviera, it has loads of extras and amenities. The resort falls under the deluxe villa resort category at Disney. It’s even listed as one of our top recommendations for luxury resorts at Disney World.

Location wise it’s only a Skyliner ride away from Epcot and Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

Another one of the transportation amenities for guests is the quick access to the shuttle bus stop. You can simply take an elevator to the main lobby and walk out the front entrance to find the resort’s bus stop. This bus takes guests to different locations in and around the Walt Disney World Resort.

And then there’s the pools, dining, and shopping. All of these amenities make a stay at this resort more than desirable! From the character breakfast at Topolino’s Terrace to enjoying lemon-blueberry pancakes out by the pool from Primo Piatto. There is truly something for everyone at this high-end resort.

Now let’s take a look at that two bedroom villa!

If you still aren’t sold on the two bedroom or feel it might be more room than you need, the deluxe studio at Riviera is a nice compromise. This unit, pictured below, sleeps up to five guests.

Or there’s an option to upgrade to a 1 bedroom. That villa sleeps up to five guests like the studio. However, it does have a full kitchen and laundry.

In addition, there is one larger option, the three bedroom Grand Villa. This might work if you are still thinking you might need a little extra space. The Grand Villa sleeps up to 12 guests.

If you’re looking for a luxurious 2 bedroom villa with all of the amenities that will make your vacation one to remember, look no further than Disney’s Riviera Resort. With enough room for up to nine people and two bathrooms, this resort has everything you need in order to have an incredible time on your next trip!
