Are you thinking about going to Walt Disney World soon? If so, you might want to act fast!
Many things have changed at Disney since it reopened last year. Now, not only do you need valid admission but guests are required to have an advanced theme park reservation to enter any theme park!
What does this mean to you? You need to decide which park you are visiting on a given day and make reservations for each member of your party for that park before you go. Theme park reservations apply to everyone. Whether you are an annual passholder or visiting with general admission, these dates need to be secured well in advance.
Disney is currently operating at a lower park capacity. Between reduced capacity and heightened demand for a fun getaway, theme park reservations have become a hot commodity. And after the year we all have had (thanks, Covid!), most guests are more than ready to return to the most magical place on earth.
Whether you want to build a lightsaber or live out your own Star Wars adventure in Galaxy’s Edge, it might be tough to secure those reservations.
If you’re like most travelers, your plans include a trip to the Magic Kingdom. This park is especially a must-do to see the beautiful makeover Cinderella Castle received for Walt Disney World’s upcoming 50th-anniversary celebration.
Reservations are filling up fast! Those without a vacation package that includes a resort stay might have difficulty securing theme parks on their desired days.
You can keep up to date on park reservation availability here on Disney’s site.
Did you look? I know it’s scary! Fear Not! There is still time to plan your Disney vacation this summer. If you are looking for a travel pro to help navigate your Disney trip planning in these ever-changing times, look no further.
