From unexpected hiccups to 3 free nights!

When Danielle’s Disney Vacation hit a few snags it was turning into less than a Magical Experience. We were able to instruct her on what she could do to get a resolution while she was still in destination. Once she arrived home we compiled a detailed email follow up to Guest Services at Walt Disney World to address her concerns. Our follow up and persistence resulted in a future 3 night complimentary stay for the family giving Disney the opportunity to make it right.

Booking a trip on Christmas Eve and wanting to fly out 5 days later presents a unique set of challenges and obstacles. Some would say it was an impossible task to pull off but we are always up for a challenge. This last minute holiday vacation ended up with all bells and whistles including private transfers and the best in premium accommodations. Kelly and her family went on that week to enjoy the perfect Universal vacation that they still talk about to this day.

Making a wish upon a star come true

When you are a 4 year old little girl named Brooklyn, dining in the Castle is the ultimate princess experience. Unfortunately, when you book last minute, many times those popular dining locations are already completely booked and out of reach. Unwilling to give up on our little princess and see her disappointed, we continued to search night and day until we were able to snag Cinderella's Royal Table experience for Brooklyn, making her little Disney dreams come true.

Making an upgraded suite appear like magic

Lindsay wanted to create a really special vacation for her family, so when a Theme Park Club Level room became available at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa, we knew we needed to snag this upgraded room for her. Our team booked the upgrade instantly, and Lindsay told us that watching fireworks from the oversized balcony and experiencing the elevated service was a highlight of their family trip.

Turning last minute changes into memorable moments

Kim had the perfect Disney and Universal trip planned with our agents' help, but COVID numbers started to rise a week before her family was set to leave for their trip. Torn between canceling their trip and feeling uncomfortable eating indoors, they turned to us for help. Our team was able to swap ALL of Kim's dining reservations to outdoor seating and create a trip that felt safe, comfortable, and memorable for her family to enjoy their vacation.

Medical accommodations to make a trip possible

When Brandon, who suffers from Spinal Muscular Atrophy, wanted to take a trip to Disney, his medical needs alone seemed like a challenge that could make it impossible - until our team stepped in to help! We booked two rooms: one for Brandon and his best friend, and the other for his medical team. We even coordinated with Disney to remove furniture from his room and make room for medical equipment. The trip was a dream come true for Brandon, and we were honored to be a part of it!
